摘要
探讨采用生活垃圾焚烧炉渣集料(BAA)替代部分天然集料配制沥青混合料的可行性及其掺量范围.进行了掺BAA沥青混合料的配合比设计,分析了BAA掺量对沥青用量的影响;基于室内试验结果,评价了BAA掺量对沥青混合料力学性能和路用性能的影响.结果表明:BAA掺量每增加10.0%(质量分数),沥青混合料的设计沥青用量约增加0.7%;增加BAA掺量可提高沥青混合料的黏结力,但将降低沥青混合料的内摩阻角;当BAA掺量为10.0%~20.0%时,沥青混合料的抗压回弹模量和高温稳定性均有提高,水稳定性和抗疲劳性能因沥青用量增加也有提高;沥青对BAA中的可溶物具有一定的稳定作用.综合考虑,推荐在沥青混合料中BAA的适宜掺量为10.0%~20.0%.
Municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI) bottom ash aggregate(BAA) was used to replace some natural aggregates in asphalt mixture, and its feasibility and range of dosage were discussed. Asphalt mixture proportion was designed and the influence of BAA on design asphalt content was also studied. Me- chanical property and pavement performance of asphalt mixture with different use levels of BAA were in- vestigated by room testing. The results show that for every 10.0%(by mass) increase in BAA,increase in design asphalt content will increase 0.7% (by mass). The adhesive property of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of BAA replacement, while the angle of internal friction decreases. BAA increases the compressive resilient modulus and high temperature stability of asphalt mixture at a content of 10.0%- 20.0%. The water stability and anti-fatigue property also increase due to the increase of asphalt content. Asphalt has a stabilizing effect on soluble substance in BAA. On the basis of the performance analysis, it is recommended that the content of BAA is 10.0%- 20.0%.
