MRI诊断颈部血管内乳头状内皮细胞增生一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者 女,50岁。因＂左侧颈部肿块一年＂入院。患者一年前发现左颈部侧后方＂鸡蛋＂大小肿块,轻度疼痛感,无发热,于当地医院抗炎治疗后肿块无明显缩小。既往无颈部外伤史及颈部病变史。入院体检及实验室检查：左颈部侧后方扪及一质硬肿块,表面欠光滑,无触痛,活动度差,相关实验室检查无异常。
