低管电压与低对比剂碘量技术在主动脉CT血管造影中的可行性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目前,主动脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查已成为诊断主动脉疾病的首选检查方法之一.评价主动脉是否有病变必须依靠对比剂,大量使用对比剂或对比剂碘量使用不合理,有可能导致对比剂潜在风险大大增加[1].另外,主动脉CTA扫描范围大,辐射致癌风险已引起公众广泛关注.因此,合理使用对比剂、设定优化的扫描参数成为当今CT临床应用研究的主要目标之一.本研究旨在探讨“双低”(低管电压与低对比剂碘量)技术在主动脉CTA检查中应用效果.
