激光工艺参数对7050铝合金Al/Ti熔覆温度场影响规律的模拟 被引量:7

Effects of Process Parameters on Temperature Field of Al/Ti Coating by Laser Cladding on 7050 Aluminum Alloy Based on Numerical Simulation

摘要 针对7050铝合金表面激光熔覆Al/Ti复合粉体,建立了三维瞬态温度场有限元仿真模型。通过单因素仿真试验,获得了激光工艺参数(激光功率、激光扫描速度和光斑直径)对温度场的影响规律,并初步确定了各激光工艺参数的合理范围:激光功率1300~1600W,激光扫描速度90~300mm/min,光斑直径1.5~2.6mm。通过两组正交试验仿真,以基材区域熔池面积为评价指标,利用极差分析,得到各激光工艺参数在不同变化条件下,对基材区域熔池面积影响程度的大小顺序,讨论了采用激光比能表征激光工艺参数对熔覆层质量影响的局限性。通过工艺实验表明,仿真模型与实验结果较为吻合,验证了仿真模型的可靠性与准确性。 Based on the process of laser cladding Al/Ti composite powder above 7050 Aluminum,a three-dimensional thermo finite element model was built.Using single factor experimental simulation,the influence law of parameters temperature field affected by each laser parameter(including laser power,scanning velocity and spot diameter)was explored and the reasonable scope of respective parameters was achieved with laser power from 1300 Wto 1600W,scanning velocity from 210mm/min to 360mm/min and spot diameter from1.5mm to 2.6mm.Using orthogonal experiments,the molten pool area of each experiment was obtained through simulations.Using range analysis,the significance order of respective parameters was achieved and the limitation of using specific laser energy as the representative of process parameters is discussed.In comparison with the experimental results, the numerical results agree well with the experimental ones,which verifies the reliability and validity of the model.
