复方消化酶胶囊联合益生菌治疗肝硬化腹胀的疗效观察

Compound digestive enzyme combined with probiotics on the treatment of liver cirrhosis with bloating

[目的]观察复方消化酶胶囊联合益生菌治疗肝硬化腹胀的临床疗效。[方法]将伴腹胀症状的肝硬化患者90例纳入本研究,将其随机分为对照组和试验组(各45例)。对照组进行常规对症治疗;试验组在此基础上加用复方消化酶胶囊2粒,3次/d,餐后服,联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊2粒,3次/d,疗程4周。观察2组治疗前后腹胀症状总积分改变及疗效。[结果]试验组治疗后2周、4周腹胀症状有所改善,腹胀症状总积分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后2周、4周腹胀症状总积分比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组疗效总有效率(97.7%)显著高于对照组(4.8%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间试验组仅1例出现腹泻不良反应。[结论]复方消化酶胶囊联合益生菌治疗肝硬化腹胀疗效显著。

[Objective]To study the efficacy of combined therapy of compound digestive enzyme and pro‐biotics for bloating in patients with liver cirrhosis.[Methods]Ninety liver cirrhosis patients complaining of bloating were enrolled in the study.They were divided into blank control group of 45 patients and treat‐ment group of 45 patients.In the blank control group ,patients received treatment based on symptom.In the treatment group ,patients received compound digestive enzyme tablets 2 capsules tid with meals ,combined with live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium entericcoated capsules 2 tid on the basis symptomatic treatment for 4 weeks.The changes of symptom scores of abdominal fullness were investigated after the treatment.[Results]Compound digestive enzyme combined with live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric‐coated capsules greatly improved the symptom of abdominal fullness in each group of patients.Symptom scores were significantly decreased in 2 and 4 weeks（P〈0.05.The total effective rate of the treatment for abdominal fullness was 97.7%.There were diarrhea side effects in one patient during the treatment.The incidence of side effects was 2.22%.[Conclusion]The treatment scheme of compound digestive enzyme with probiotics for treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis bloating is significantly effective ,which is worthy of popularization and application.
