摘要
以甲醇作为提取溶剂,建立了气质联用测定纺织品及皮革制品中溴代正丙烷的方法。在最优条件下,方法在0.1~50 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,方法检出限为0.3 mg/kg,加标回收率为87.5%~112.3%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=7)不大于4.7%。
A method has been developed for the determination of 1-bromopropane (1-BP) in textiles and leather products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). 1-bromopropane in textiles and leather products were extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction with methanol, and The results showed good linearity with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9995 in the range of 0. 1 - 50 mg/L, and the limit of detection ( LOD ) was 0.3 mg/kg. The recoveries ranged from 87.5% to 112.3% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) between 1.9% and 4. 7% ( n = 7 ). With the advantages of good accuracy and high precision, this method is suitable for the analysis of 1-bromopropane in textiles and leather products.
