在化学分析中样品制备往往是整个分析方法的瓶颈,25多年前固相微萃取(SPME)的出现是样品制备领域极大的进步,大大促进了在现场和活体分析中的应用。本综述介绍近几年SPME的发展,值得介绍的是近年有许多适应于复杂基体的SPME涂层出现,可直接从复杂基体中萃取分析物。

In chemical analysis, sample preparation is frequently considered the bottleneck of the entire analytical method. In the last two decades, the introduction of solid phase microextraction （SPME） has brought significant progress in the sample preparation area by facilitating on -site and in vivo applications. In this review the advances of SPME in recent year was introduced. It was worth to present that recently introduced matrix compatible coatings for SPME facilitate direct extraction from complex matrices.
