特殊的锁骨下动脉盗血综合征1例及其发病机制探讨

Machnism of twisted subclavian steal syndrome and a case report

目的探讨血管迂曲所致的锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(Twisted Subclavian Steal Syndrome,TSSS)的发病机制。方法通过对1例特殊的锁骨下动脉盗血综合征——血管迂曲所致的锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(TSSS)患者临床资料的分析,向我们介绍了一种以探讨导致此类锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的原因。结果先天血管畸形及血压波动可能是TSSS的重要原因,此外还包括年龄、糖尿病等原因。结论 TSSS是一种特殊类型的锁骨下动脉盗血综合征,先天的血管畸形及血压的巨大波动可能是其发病原因,年龄、糖尿病等可能也参与其发病。

Objective To discuss the pathogenesis of the Twisted Subclavian Steal Syndrome （TSSS）. Methods The clinical data of a special case of Subclavian Steal Syndrome were collected. A special type of Subclavian Steal Syndrome Twisted Subclavian Steal Syndrome （TSSS） was introduced and the pathogen- esis was discussed. Results Congenital factors and hypertension disease are most likely to be the causes of TSSS. Aging, diabetes and other reasons may also casuse the TSSS. Conclusions TSSS is a special type of Subclavian Steal Syndrome. Congenital factors and the large fluctuations of the blood pressure may be its etiol- ogy and aging.diabetes may also be involved.
