梅毒患者血清IL-33和IL-35与梅毒细胞免疫的相关性

The relevance of serum levels of IL-33 and IL-35 with profeta's immunity in the patients with syphilis

目的:检测梅毒患者血清IL-33和IL-35的表达。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测梅毒患者和正常对照血清IL-33和IL-35的表达。结果:梅毒患者血清IL-33和IL-35的表达与对照比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.638和P=0.122)。一期梅毒、二期梅毒、潜伏梅毒间IL-33和IL-35比较差异亦无统计学意义(P=0.116,P=0.132)。结论:梅毒患者外周血清IL-33和IL-35可能与梅毒的细胞免疫无相关性。

Objective：To detect the levels of IL-33 and IL-35 in the patients with syphilis. Methods：The levels of IL-33 and IL-35 in the patients and healthy controls were detected with ELISA. Results：There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-33 and IL-35 between the patients and controls （ P=0.63 and P=0.122） . There were no significant difference in the levels of IL-33 and IL-35 among primary syphilis, secondary syphilis and latent syphilis. Conclusion：IL-33 and IL-35 may not correlate with the cellular im-munity in the patients with syphylis.
