复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究添加复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生产性能、血清生化指标的影响。试验选择健康、生长良好的21日龄的断奶仔猪480头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复60头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,微生态制剂组在基础日粮中添加0.05%复合微生态制剂,试验期为42 d。结果表明:复合微生态制剂可有效提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,增强断奶仔猪机体免疫力,改善氮利用率;与对照组相比,微生态制剂组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);微生态制剂组仔猪的表观消化率比对照组显著提高(P<0.05),其中干物质、粗蛋白、粗纤维和消化能分别提高8.01%、5.08%、6.95%和4.64%;微生态制剂组的血清总蛋白和Ig G、Ig M含量与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05),尿素含量有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 Aim to research application effect of compound microorganism preparation on weaning piglet productive performance and serum index. Selected 480 heads healthy weaning piglet age of 21 days old and divided into 2 groups, 4 treatment groups of each group, each treatment groups has 60 pigs. Control group feeding basal diet, trial group feeding basal diet and microorganism preparation, trial time set as 42 days. The trial result shows that compound microorganism preparation can enhance the growth performance of weaning piglets, enhancing the immune function, improving the nitrogen utilization. Daily weight gain of weaning piglet in trial group is higher than control group' s remarkably (P〈0.05), diarrhea rate is lower than control group' s remarkable (P〈0. 05) . Feed digestibility in trial group is higher than control group' s remarkably, amongst dry matter increased by 8.01%, crude protein increased by 5.08%, crude fiber increased by 6.95%, digestibility increased by 4.64%, the difference is obviously (P〈0.05) ; Total protein, IgG, IgM content in trial group is higher than control groups and urea content is lower than control groups, the difference is not obviously (P〈0.05) .
