摘要
梯形槽是机械零件上常见的特征。在FANUC数控车床上车削梯形槽时,由于系统提供的G75切槽固定循环功能指令存在一定的局限性,调用该指令无法完成梯形槽的加工。文章基于FANUC数控系统宏程序功能,设计了梯形槽车削加工程序,并应用到具体实例中,效果良好。
The trapezoidal groove is common on mechanical parts. When the trapezoidal groove is machined by using FANUC CNC lathe, the processing of trapezoidal groove cannot be conducted because the grooving fixed cycle instruction G75 offered by FANUC system has certain limitation. Based on macro-program function of FANUC CNC system, this paper designs the trapezoidal groove processing program and applies to specific ca- ses, which shows good effects.
