社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入,教育体制和就业机制的变革,对高职大学生的职业思想观念、职业价值取向等诸多方面产生了深刻的影响,对高职院校培养目标既符合我国社会经济发展总体形势,又能够实现学生的自我价值提出了新的挑战。学生在就业时首要考虑的差异能折射出其职业价值观取向的差异,从而决定了职业选择倾向及工作态度。了解新时期高职大学生的就业价值取向,把握其呈现出的新特点,对解决当代高职大学生就业存在的问题,针对性地做好高职大学生就业指导工作,帮助高职大学生树立科学的职业价值观都具有重要的现实意义。

The deepening of the socialist market economic system reform, the reformation of education system and employment mechanism have a profound effect on vocational students＇ professional ideology, value orientation and so on. There comes a new chal- lenge that the training goal in vocational colleges not only conforms to China＇s socialist economic development overall situation, but also achieve students＇ self worth. The difference which students firstly think about when hunting job can reflect the differences of their pro- fessional values orientation, which determines the career tendency and working attitude. We should understand the vocational college students＇ employment value orientation in the new period and grasp the new features ,because it is significant to solve problems of voca- tional college students＇ employment, carry out the guiding work of vocational students＇ employment and help students establish scientific vocational values
