摘要
妊娠期间合并原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(PHPT)较罕见,不易引起注意。本文报道1例25岁妊娠期女性,以恶心、呕吐为主要表现,因其高血钙、低血磷而引起注意,最终确诊为妊娠合并PHPT,同时本例患者还合并人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)相关性甲状腺功能亢进症,极易因多病并存而出现漏诊,最后经甲状旁腺腺瘤切除术痊愈出院。
During pregnancy with primary hyperparathyroidism （PHPT） is rare and difficult to attract attention. This article reported a case of a 25 years pregnant female who came to hospital with nausea and vomiting, because of the hypercalcemia and low phosphorus giving hint. The diagnose was made as follow pregnancy with PHPT, the same time the patient also merged HCG correlation hyperthyroidism. The more complication the more miss - diagnosis. And finally by the parathyroid adenoma excision discharged.
