Combining with the deformation monitoring calculation of the superhigh fill and debris retaining dam in B4 contract along Fengjie-Yun- yang Expressway, the paper introduces the content and methods for the monitoring, researches the settlement law for the V-shaped gulch super- high fill ＋ debris retaining dam roadbed, and predicts the ultimate settlement volume of the superhigh fill.
