我国农村城镇化建设中金融支持问题研究

Study on the Financial Support for the Construction of Rural Urbanization in China

农村城镇化是解决我国国民经济发展中"三农"问题的关键,而金融支持是农村城镇化的助推器。目前,农村金融供给型和需求型金融抑制并存,不足以支持农村城镇化大规模融资,金融支持效率低下。创新信托产品、完善市政债是解决城镇化的方法,同时央行应加强宏观引导,加大对金融机构的补偿机制,指引金融机构重视城镇化中金融的作用,更广范地支持城镇化建设,促进农村基础设施建设及产业间的协调发展,促进农村劳动力的高质量就业,提高我国农村城镇化建设的水平。

Rural urbanization is the key to solve the＂three rural＂ issues in the national economic development of China,but financial support is the booster of rural urbanization. At present,rural financial supply type and de-mand-based financial restrain and coexist,not enough to support the large-scale financing of rural urbanization, and the financial support efficiency is low. Innovative trust products,improve municipal debt is the method to solve urbanization,while the central bank should strengthen the macro guidance,increase the compensation mechanism of financial institutions,guide financial institutions to emphasis on the role of finance in urbanization,in order to more extensively support urbanization,promote the construction of rural infrastructure and the coordinated development of industries,promote high quality employment of rural labor force,and improve the level of the construction of rural urbanization in China.
