Under the dual role of policy and market support,cultural industry has become an important part of the China’s emerging industry. However,the current China’s cultural industry is still restricted by scale and inten-sive development. According to the practical experience of automatic and selective financial aid mode of French CNC industry,the investment approach,size and opportunity play important roles to the effect of the funding. Thus, a multiple-layer financial aid model of market-oriented should be established in order to give full play to the le-ver function of financial aid;realize the full range of promotion of the value chain,business chain,supply chain and space chain;increase the added value of cultural goods and services,and meet the needs of sustainable development of domestic cultural industry.
