摘要
目的探讨人性化管理在医院卫生管理中的应用对策。方法我院于2013年5月启动人性化管理培训,并于2013年7月开始在医院卫生管理中实施人性化管理,实施人性化管理前后,分别对管理效果进行评分,比较实施前后管理效果。结果人性化管理实施前和实施后,在医患关系、医院管理模式、员工卫生意识、病区烟头管理评分、就诊环境、医院标识、服务态度、服务流程评分方面比较,差异P<0.05。结论人性化管理模式有助于提高医院卫生管理效果。
Objective To investigate the application of countermeasures of humanistic management in hospital in health management. Methods Humanized management training started in our hospitalfrom May 2013,and started to implement the humanized management in hospital and health management in 2013 July,the implementation of human management were scored before and after,effect on the management,implementation and management of before and after comparison of the effect. Results The implementation of the humanized management before and after the implementation,were compared in terms of the doctor-patient relationship,the model of hospital management,employee health consciousness,wardcigarette management score,medical environment,hospital identification,service attitude,service flow score,the difference of P〈0.05. Conclusion Humanistic management mode conclusion is helpful to improve the effect of healthmanagement in hospital.
