摘要
目的进一步探究护患沟通的主要影响因素,并针对性提出解决措施。方法随机抽取我院78例护理人员进行了详细研究,通过调查问卷方式,统计影响护患沟通的主要因素。结果护理人员自身因素、患者因素以及环境因素,是影响护患沟通的主要因素。结论明确护患沟通的影响因素,并针对性解决,能有效降低护患纠纷,提高临床护理质量。
Objective Explore main factors influencing nurse-patient communication and put forward relevant measures to solve such a problem. Methods Selected 78 nursing staff in hospital at random as study subjects and made a questionnaire in order to compile statistics of main factors influencing nurse-patient communication. Results Main factors influencing nurse-patient communication including self factors related to nursing staff themselves,factors related to patients and environment factors. Conclusion Identifying factors influencing nurse-patient communication and making use of targeted measures to solve the problem is conducive to decreasing nurse-patient dispute and improving clinical treatment quality.
