彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化的价值分析

The Value Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound Examination in Diagnosis of Carotid Atherosclerosis

目的：对彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化的价值进行探讨分析。方法将我院于2013年6月～2014年8月收治的37例颈动脉粥样硬化患者的超声诊断声像图资料进行回顾性分析。结果37例患者经彩色多普勒超声诊断，有33例患者有不同程度的颈动脉粥样硬化，检出率为89.2%，其中30例患者有斑块形成，造成动脉狭窄25例，颈动脉分叉处的斑块发生居多。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化具有很高的临床价值，能够对颈动脉粥样硬化进行准确的诊断，从而能够为预防和治疗血管性病变提供依据。

Objective The color doppler ultrasound examination value in diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis is to be investigated. Methods Reviewed and analyzed ultrasound diagnostic sonographic data selected from 37 carotid atherosclerosis patients who are received and diagnosed in hospital from June 2013 to August 2014. Results Of al 37 patients,there were 33 patients diagnosed as carotid atherosclerosis to some extent,the diagnosis accuracy was up to 89.2%;and there were 30 patients having speckle symptom;besides,there were 25 patients of arterial stenosis and most of them have speckle symptom at carotid bifurcation. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound examination is of high clinical significance in diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis, it is accurate to identify carotid atherosclerosis which is beneficial to provide references for precaution and treatment of vascular lesions.
