消化性溃疡患者的超声诊断体会

Experience of Ultrasound Examination in Diagnosis of Peptic Ulcer

目的：探析超声诊断消化性溃疡的临床价值。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月间我院收治的31例消化性溃疡患者给予超声诊断，并与胃镜检查结果进行对照，分析超声诊断符合率与声像图。结果胃镜检出消化性溃疡31例，超声诊断检出29例，符合率为93.55%，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论超声诊断消化性溃疡准确率高，安全无创，操作简捷。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound examination in diagnosis of peptic ulcer. Methods Selected 31 peptic ulcer patients who were received and diagnosed in hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 and give these peptic ulcer patients with ultrasound examination and then compared these examination results to gastroscopy examination results in order to analyze diagnosis accuracy and sonographic. Results There were 31 patients diagnosed to be peptic ulcer by gastroscopy examination and 29 patients diagnosed to be peptic ulcer by ultrasound examination,the diagnosis accuracy was up to 93.55%and such a differential had no statistic value（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound examination is accurate in diagnosis of peptic ulcer, it is safe,non-invasive and easy to operate.
