奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的临床研究

Clinical Study on Sodium Ozagrel Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的：对奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年4月～2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的46例脑血栓形成患者，并随机分为对照组和治疗组对采取丹参粉针和奥扎格雷钠治疗的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的临床效果显著，能够大大改善患者的神经功能缺损情况。

Objective Clinical effect on sodium ozagrel in treatment of cerebral thrombosis is to be studied. Methods Selected 46 patients of cerebral thrombosis that were treated in hospital from April 2014 to December 2014 and separated them into control group and study group at random which were given danshen injection treatment and sodium ozagrel treatment respectively,and then compared clinical treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group was much higher than treatment efficacy in control group,besides,score of patients’neurology function damage in study group was less than that in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sodium ozagrel is of efficacy in treatment of cerebral thrombosis,it is conducive to improving patients’neurology function damage.
