摘要
目的：分析西沙比利在胃下垂治疗中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年9月我院接收的胃下垂39例患者，根据不同治疗方法分为两组，即实验组（西沙比利）与对照组（常规治疗）。观察实验组与对照组的治疗效果，并对比。结果与对照组相比，实验组治疗有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论西沙比利在胃下垂治疗中的应用效果确切，有效率高。
Objective The efficacy of cisapride application in treatment of gastroptosis is to be analyzed. Methods We chose 39 gastroptosis patients who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to September 2014 and separated them into study group（cisapride treatment）and control group（conventional treatment）according to different treatment methods,and then observed and compared the patients’side-effect condition and clinical symptom changes after treatment in these two groups. Results Compared to control group,the treatment efficacy in study group was much higher,there was differential between study group and control group and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cisapride application is of efficacy and efficiency in treatment of gastroptosis.
