美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭应用效果评价

Clinical Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined Trimetazidine in Treatment With Coronary Heart Disease(CHD) Heart Failure

目的：探究美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选自我院2012年10月～2013年9月所收治的84例患者，按照入院顺序单双号随机分为实验组与参照组，各42例。参照组采用常规治疗方法，实验组在参照组常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪进行治疗。结果实验组治疗总有效率为92.86%，参照组治疗总有效率为83.33%，实验组优于参照组，P〈0.05；实验组患者治疗前后心率、收缩压以及左心室射血分数的改善程度优于参照组，P〈0.05。结论应用美托洛尔与曲美他嗪联合治疗冠心病心力衰竭具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the metoprolol combined effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD）heart failure. Methods We chose 84 patients treated by single and double in hospital order number were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,from October 2012 to September 2013. Each group contain 42 cases,control group using conventional treatment method,the experimental group in the control group conventional treatment combined with metoprolol combined on the basis of trimetazidine treatment. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 92.86%,control group total effective rate was 83.33%,the experimental group was better than control group,P〈0.05;The experimental group before and after treatment in patients with heart rate and systolic blood pressure as wel as the improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of metoprolol and trimetazidine joint treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD） heart failure has significant clinical curative effect.
