米索前列醇在绝经妇女取环术中软化宫颈的作用

Misoprostol to Take the Role of Cervical Softening Ring Operation in Postmenopausal Women

目的探讨米索前列醇在绝经妇女取环术中软化宫颈的作用。方法本文选取我院收治的80例绝经取环术患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组直接采用手术治疗方式,治疗组在手术开始之前使用米索前列醇实施治疗过程,对比两组患者的宫颈软化情况、手术成功率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组的完全宫颈软化率、宫颈部分软化率优于对照组,两组结果对比存在差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论米索前列醇联合手术治疗过程对于绝经取环术患者有很好的临床效果,能够缓解患者的疼痛,消除不良因素影响,提高手术成功率。

Objective To investigate the misoprostol on postmenopausal women take ring surgery in the cervical softening effect. Methods Eighty cases of postmenopausal women this paper selected in our hospital in ring removing patients,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group treated with operation mode directly,the treatment group using misoprostol implementation process in operation before the start of treatment were compared between two groups,the incidence of cervical softening,the success rate of operation and adverse reaction. Results The complete cervical treatment group,cervical softening rate part of the softening rate was significantly better than the control group,compared two groups of results there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with operation treatment process in postmenopausal ring extraction patients with good clinical effects,can significantly relieve the pain of the patients,to eliminate the adverse factors,improve the success rate of operation.
