埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果观察

Efficacy of Esomeprazole Application in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的：观察消化性溃疡患者进行埃索美拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院接收的消化性溃疡36例患者，根据就诊日期单双号进行分组。研究组共18例，治疗方法为埃索美拉唑；对照组共18例，治疗方法为奥美拉唑。观察并比较两组疗效。结果与对照组相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，不良反应的发生率低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果佳，且可靠、安全。

Objective Clinical efficacy of esomeprazole application in treatment of peptic ulcer is to be investigated. Methods We chose 36 peptic ulcer patients who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separated them into two groups according to their hospital visitation date number（ode number and even number）,18 patients in study group were given esomeprazole treatment,while 18 patients in control group were given omeprazole treatment and then observed and compared treatment efficacy in these two groups. Results Compared to control group,treatment efficacy in study group was much higher and the side-effect incidence in study group was less,there was differential between study group and control group and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Esomeprazole treatment is of efficacy and safety and practical in treatment of peptic ulcer.
