段血流胶囊治疗上环后月经过多的疗效观察

Efficacy of Blood Flow Capsule in the Treatment of Menorrhagia With Ring

目的分析并探讨段血流胶囊在上环后月经过多的临床治疗方面的应用效果。方法选取来我院就诊患者200例,按照随机的方式将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为100例。观察组患者使用段血流胶囊治疗,对照组患者则应用肾上腺色腙片实施临床治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗有效率和变化情况,记录两组不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率和治疗不同时间点的月经量与血红蛋白等指标的变化情况均优于对照组患者,比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况相比无差异(P>0.05)。结论在上环后月经过多的临床治疗中,段血流胶囊的应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of clinical treatment of blood flow capsule in the ring with the menorrhagia. Methods A total of 200 patients in our hospital were selected in random way and were included in the observation group and control group,each group of 100 cases. Patients in the observation group using segment blood capsule,control group patients used carbazochrome tablets implementation of clinical treatment. Comparative analysis of the effective rate of the treatment and the change of two groups of patients,record of adverse reaction occurred in two groups. Results The changes of menstrual blood volume and hemoglobin treated group the effective rate and treatment at different time points were significantly better than the patients in the control group,the difference（P〈0.05）;the two group of the occurrence of adverse reactions compared no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application value of blood flow capsule significantly in the ring with the menorrhagia.
