半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床探析

Research on Banxia Xiexin Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的：探讨半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床探析。方法选取2013年7月～2014年11月我院接诊的41例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，随机分为两组，实验组和对照组，对照组给予维酶素片，实验组在对照组的基础上给予半夏泻心汤药物，观察两组患者的治疗和并发症情况。结果实验组患者的治疗有效性和幽门螺旋菌根除率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者并发症的发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果显著，患者的治愈率高，并发症的发生率低。

Objective Clinical study on banxia xiexin decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is to be investigated. Methods We chose 41 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in hospital from July 2013 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups,namely study group and control group,patients in control group were given weimeisu pil s,and patients in study group were given banxia xiexin decoction in addition to weimeisu pil s,and then observed and compared the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results The treatment efficacy and helicobacter pylori eradication rate in study group were much higher than those in control group,there was a differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Besides,patients’complication incidence in study group was quite lower than those in control group,there was a differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Banxia xiexin decoction is of efficacy in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,it is conducive to improving patients’curing rate and reducing complication incidence.
