心电图诊断左心室肥大的价值研究

Clinical Study on ECG Diagnosis Value of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的：探究左心室肥大采用心电图诊断的方法和价值。方法选取2013年8月～2014年10月收治的35例左心室肥大患者进行诊断，随机分组，实验组19例选择心电图诊断，对照组16例患者给予超声诊断，对比两种诊断方法的结果。结果实验组患者诊断符合率为94.74%，对照组患者诊断符合率为68.75%。实验组患者的符合率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论左心室肥大患者采用心电图诊断，能够准确发现患者的具体病情，有利于进一步的治疗，效果显著。

Objective ECG diagnosis method and its value for diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy are to be studied. Methods We chose 35 patients of left ventricular hypertrophy who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups at random,19 patients in study group were diagnosed by ECG,while 16 patients in control group were given ultrasound diagnosis,and then compared results of two diagnosis methods between two groups. Results Diagnosis accuracy in study group was up to 94.74%,which was much higher than control group. Diagnosis accuracy was 68.75%in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ECG is accurate to diagnose left ventricular hypertrophy,which is conducive to further treatment of patients.
