肛周深部多间隙脓肿采用多切口切开引流挂线术治疗的临床体会

Perianal Abscess by Deep Multi Gap Multi Incision of Drainage in the Treatment of Clinical Hanging Line Incision

目的对肛周深部多间隙脓肿患者采用多切口切开引流挂线术进行治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的32例肛周深部多间隙脓肿患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用多切口切开引流挂线术治疗,治疗后,观察术后并发症、不良反应以及切口愈合等情况。结果患者手术均一次性治愈;肛门功能恢复正常;无一例患者发生肛门狭窄、肛门失禁以及肛门畸形等并发症。结论治疗肛周深部多间隙脓肿患者采取多切口切开引流挂线术,能够缩短愈合时间,降低复发率。

Objective To incision and drainage of the clinical effect of treatment for the discussion hangs the line operation on perianal abscess were treated by deep multi gap multi incision. Methods In our hospital 32 cases of perianal abscess in patients with deep gap as the object of study,al patients were treated by multiple incision and drainage seton treatment,and observed postoperative complications,adverse reaction and wound healing. Results The patients were healed in one operation,anal function returned to normal,no patients had stricture of anus,anal incontinence and anal deformity or other complications. Conclusion The treatment of perianal abscess patients to take deep multi gap multi incision and drainage Seton,can shorten the healing time,reduce the recurrence rate.
