鼓膜穿孔患者的临床治疗体会

Clinical Treatment Experience in Patients With Tympanic Membrane Perforation

目的：探究鼓膜穿孔患者采用的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年10月～2014年9月我院收治的34例鼓膜穿孔患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组18例患者选择综合治疗，对照组16例患者选择常规治疗，对比患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.44%，对照组患者治疗有效率为81.25%。两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼓膜穿孔患者患采用综合治疗，治疗效果较好，不良反应和并发症较少。

Objective The treatment approach and efficacy in treatment of patients with tympanic membrane perforation are to be investigated. Methods We chose 34 tympanic membrane perforation patients who were treated in hospital from October 2013 to September 2014 and separated them into groups at random. Eighteen patients in study group were given comprehensive treatment,while 16 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then compared treatment efficacy in two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was 81.25%;while the treatment efficacy in control group was 81.25%;there was a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment is beneficial to improve patients’symptoms significantly; it is of efficacy in treatment of tympanic membrane perforation patients with few side effects and few complications.
