输卵管妊娠患者的临床治疗体会

Clinical Treatment Experience in Tubal Pregnancy Patients

目的：对输卵管妊娠患者的临床治疗方法进行分析探讨，并总结治疗体会。方法选取于2013年4月～2014年8月期间在我院接受治疗的42例输卵管妊娠患者，将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组患者采用剖腹手术治疗，治疗组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者的手术持续时间、术中腹腔出血量、肠蠕动恢复时间、平均住院时间以及输卵管再通率与对照组进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠具有显著的治疗效果，输卵管再通率高并且安全可靠，患者恢复速度快。

Objective To investigate clinical treatment method in treatment of tubal pregnancy patients and to summarize the treatment experience. Methods We chose 42 tubal pregnancy patients who were treated in hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 and separated them into control group and study group at random. Patients in control group were given laparotomy treatment,while patients in study group were given laparoscopic treatment and then compared treatment efficacy in two groups. Results There was a differential between these two groups with regarding to patients’operation lasting time,intraperitoneal bleeding loss,intestinal peristalsis recovery time,average hospitalization days and tubal recanalization rate and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment is of efficacy and safety in treatment of tubal pregnancy patients,it is conducive to increasing tubal recanalization rate and improving patients’recovery.
