小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎伴结石疗效分析

Study on Small Incision Cholecystectomy Effect in Treatment of Cholecystitis Complicated With Stones

目的：探究胆囊炎伴结石患者采用小切口胆囊切除术治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年8月收治的37例胆囊炎伴结石患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组21例给予小切口胆囊切除术的治疗，对照组16例患者选择传统的开腹手术，对比效果。结果实验组的手术时间、下床活动时间、肠功能的恢复时间都短于对照组，且术中的出血量也较少，并发症的发生率低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胆囊炎伴结石患者采用小切口的胆囊切除术，安全性较高，因为切口较小会减少并发症的发生率，疗效显著。

Objective To explore smal incision cholecystectomy treatment approach and its effect in treatment of cholecystitis complicated with stones. Methods Selected 37 patients of cholecystitis complicated with stones that were treated in hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 and separated them into two groups at random,twenty-one patients in study group were given smal incision cholecystectomy treatment,while 16 patients in control group were given conventional laparotomy surgery treatment,and then compared surgery treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’operation time, ambulation time and intestinal function recovery time in study group were shorter than counterparts in control group,besides,patients’bleeding loss in operation and complication incidence in study group were less than those in control group; there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Smal incision cholecystectomy is of efficacy and safety in treatment of cholecystitis complicated with stones,it is conducive to reducing complication incidence because of smal surgery incision.
