手术治疗肩锁关节脱位的效果观察

Study on Surgical Treatment Effect to Patients With Acromioclavicular Dislocation

目的：对手术治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果进行探究。方法回顾分析于2013年9月～2014年6月在我院接受治疗的38例肩锁关节脱位患者的手术资料，并对这些数据资料进行统计分析。结果按照Karlsson评价标准来评定术后疗效，其中28例优（73.7%），7例良（18.4%），3例差（7.9%），优良率为92.1%。结论内固定加喙锁韧带的静力或动力重建能够促进患者肩关节外观正常及功能恢复，并且具有临床治疗效果。与非手术治疗相比，手术治疗具有固定可靠、减少疼痛、防止肩部畸形以及获得较好的肩关节功能等优点，手术治疗是治疗肩锁关节脱位的首选方案之一。

Objective Surgical treatment effect to patients with acromioclavicular dislocation is to be investigated. Methods Reviewed and analyzed surgical treatment data,and selected from 38 patients of acromioclavicular dislocation who were treated in hospital from September 2013 to June 2014,and then made a statistic analysis of these data. Results According to Karlsson standard to evaluate surgical treatment efficacy,there were 28 cases of excel ence （73.7%）,7 cases of goodness（18.4%）and 3 cases of badness（7.9%）,the treatment favorable efficacy rate was up to 92.1%. Conclusion Internal fixations combined with static or dynamic reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament are of significant clinic effect to improve patients’acromioclavicular normal appearance and its function recovery,compared to non-surgical treatment,surgical treatment is conducive to getting acromioclavicular dislocation fixed,relieving pain and preventing from should deformation to have favorable acromioclavicular function;thus,surgical treatment is one of the best choices in treatment of patients with acromioclavicular dislocation.
