鼻内镜下治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床探析

Clinical Investigation on Endoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Patients With Deviation of Nasal Septum

目的：探究鼻中隔偏曲患者在鼻内镜下治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年10月收治的36例鼻中隔偏曲患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组18例患者选择鼻内镜下治疗，对照组18例患者选择鼻中隔黏膜下切除术，对比患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.44%，对照组患者治疗有效率为77.78%。两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼻中隔偏曲患者采用鼻内镜下的治疗，创伤较小，效果显著，安全性较高，并发症少。

Objective To investigate treatment efficacy of endoscopic surgery in treatment of patients with nasal septum deviation. Methods We chose 36 patients of nasal septum deviation that were treated in hospital from July 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into groups at random,eighteen patients in study group were given endoscopic surgery treatment,while 18 patients in control group were given submucosal resection of nasal septum treatment, and then observed and compared treatment efficacy in two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in study group was 94.44%,while the treatment efficacy in control group was 77.78%,there was a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is of efficacy in treatment of patients with nasal septum deviation,it has advantages of minimal surgical wound,high medical safety and few complications.
