52例老年胆结石患者的术后护理体会

Nursing Experience of 52 Cases With Senile Cholelithiasis After Operation

目的总结老年胆结石患者的术后护理体会。方法对52例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年胆结石患者实施术后全方位护理,密切观察患者术后生命体征以及并发症情况。结果 52例患者,痊愈46例,好转6例,术后出现腹部感染2例,肺部感染和切口裂开各1例,经及时对症治疗,均痊愈出院,治疗有效率100%,并发症发生率为7.7%(4/52)。结论对老年胆结石患者术后进行全方位护理,可有效预防并发症发生,提高临床治疗效果,使得患者能够早日康复出院。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of senile cholelithiasis patients after operation. Methods The implementation was performed in 52 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with cholelithiasis after the ful range of nursing,close observation of vital signs and postoperative complications. Results Of the 52 patients,46 cases were cured,6 cases improved,two cases had postoperative abdominal infection,1 case had lung infection and 1 case had dehiscence of incision. By timely symptomatic treatment were cured,the effective rate of treatment was 100%, the rate of complications was 7.7%（4/52）. Conclusion The ful range of nursing for the elderly patients with cholelithiasis after operation,can occur in effective prevention of complications,improve the clinical treatment effect,so that patients can recover earlier.
