摘要
目的：研究综合护理对不稳定型心绞痛患者的护理效果。方法搜集2013年12月～2014年12月我院不稳定型心绞痛39例患者，按照护理模式不同将其分组。对照组共18例，护理模式选择常规护理；实验组共21例，护理模式选择综合护理，观察并对比两组效果。结果两组相比，实验组护理有效率较高（P〈0.05），差异显著。结论不稳定型心绞痛的综合护理效果佳。
Objective eomprehensive nursing effect of unstable angina is to be studied. Methods We chose 39 patients of unstable angina who were received and treated in hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different nursing methods,18 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,while 21 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,and then observed and compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Nursing effect in study group was much higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）,there was a treatment differential between two groups. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is of efficacy in treatment of unstable angina.
