摘要
目的对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的护理体会进行总结。方法选取我处收治的120例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者,将其随机分为护理组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理方式,护理组采用优质护理方式,对比两组患者的护理疗效。结果护理组的护理总有效率为96.67%,对照组的护理总有效率为80.00%,两组结果对比存在差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论实施优质护理措施能够改善小儿患者的呼吸状况,提高小儿身体健康率。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing care of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Patients selected in our department treated 120 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,it was randomly divided into nursing group and control group, the control group with routine nursing mode,nursing group was adopted the high quality nursing mode,nursing effects were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The nursing care group,the total efficiency was 96.67%,the total efficiency was 80% in control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing measures can significantly improve the pediatric patients with respiratory conditions,improve the rate of children health.
