循证护理在老年消化道溃疡患者护理中的应用

Evidence-based Nursing Application in Treatment of Elderly Patients With Peptic Ulcer

目的：深入研究循证护理在老年消化道溃疡患者护理中的应用，对其效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取于2014年4月～2014年12月期间我院收治的40例老年消化道溃疡患者，随机对照组和观察组对常规护理和循证护理的临床效果进行对照研究。结果观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态四个部分的生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年消化道溃疡患者采取循症护理有利于患者疾病的治疗，对提高患者的生活质量具有重要的临床意义和作用。

Objective Evidence-based nursing application in treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer is to be studied and its application effect is to be analyzed and explored. Methods We chose 40 elderly patients with peptic ulcer who were received and treated in hospital from April 2014 to December 2014 and separated them into control group and study group which were given conventional treatment and evidence-based treatment respectively and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients’quality of life including four aspects：physical function,psychological function, and social function and material life state in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group;there was a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is of efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer and it is of clinical significance and importance for improving patients’quality of life.
