摘要
目的探讨优质护理在肝硬化合并原发性腹膜炎患者中的应用效果。方法本文选取我院收治的66例肝硬化合并原发性腹膜炎患者,将其随机分为护理组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理方式,护理组采用优质护理方式,对比两组患者的生活质量评分、痊愈率以及护理满意度。结果护理组患者的生活质量评分结果优于对照组,两组结果对比存差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论肝硬化合并原发性腹膜炎患者实施优质护理干预,能够有效提高患者的生活质量,降低护患风险发生率。
Objective To explore the application efficacy of high quality nursing care of patients with idiopathic peritonitis combined with cirrhosis. Methods This paper col ected 66 cases of cirrhosis with our hospital primary peritonitis patients,it was randomly divided into nursing group and control group, the control group with routine nursing mode,nursing group adopted the high quality nursing. Quality of life score,cure rate and nursing satisfaction were compared in two groups. Results The quality of life score results nursing group were better than that in the control group,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion Liver cirrhosis combined with primary peritonitis in patients with the implementation of high quality nursing intervention,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of nurses and patients.
