摘要
目的观察综合护理干预在老年高血压患者并发症中的应用效果。方法选取112例老年高血压患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,随访半年比较两组患者的并发症情况。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以有效改善老年高血压患者的生活质量,减少并发症。
Objective To observe the application of comprehensive nursing intervention effect on complications in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Selected 112 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were divided randomly into observation group and control group,the control group with routine care,the observation group based on the given comprehensive nursing intervention,complications were compared between the two groups of patients were fol owed up for six months. Results The complication rate of observation group was obviously lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly hypertensive patients,reduce the complications,worthy of clinical application.
