摘要
目的观察医院感染控制中预防性护理的应用效果。方法选取我院呼吸内科收治的440例老年患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(预防性护理)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组医院感染率及护理质量评分均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院感染控制中预防性护理的应用效果显著。
Objective To observe the hospital infection control,preventive care application effect. Methods The hospital treated 440 cases of respiratory medicine elderly patients for the study were randomly divided into two groups（preventive care）and control group（usual care）,nursing results were compared. Results Observation group hospital infection rates and the quality of care scores were better than the control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hospital infection control in the application of preventive care effect is remarkable.
