腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠手术护理体会

Laparoscopic Surgery Nursing Experience of Patients With Fallopian Pregnancy

目的：探究腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠手术护理的临床效果。方法搜集本院妇产科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的46例行输卵管妊娠手术的患者，根据护理方法不同分为两组，观察组采取综合护理，参照组采取基础护理，观察并对比两组最终护理效果。结果（1）观察组依从性96.0%（24/25）、并发症的发生率8.0%（2/25），参照组依从性81.0%（17/21）、并发症的发生率23.8%（5/21），两组比较，观察组患者的依从性高于参照组，并发症的发生率低于参照组，P〈0.05；（2）治疗后的SAS和SDS评分低于治疗前，并且观察组的分值低于参照组， P〈0.05。结论腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠手术采用综合护理的临床效果十分显著，可以提高患者的治疗依从性，改善心理状况。

Objective Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery nursing for patients with fallopian pregnancy is to be investigated. Methods We chose 46 patients that were operated with fallopian pregnancy surgery in gynecology department of hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different nursing methods. Patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,while patients in control group were given elementary nursing and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results（1）patients’ compliance rate in study group was 96.0%（24/25）and complication incidence was 8.0%（2/25）,while,in control group,patients’ compliance rate in study group was 81.0%（17/21）and complication incidence was 23.8%（5/21）; comparison result shows that patients’ compliance rate in study group was higher than that in control group,but complication incidence was lower in study group,P〈0.05;（2）patients’assessment scores of SAS and SDS have been reduced after treatment and what’s more,patients’scores in study group were quite less than scores in control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Coprehensive nursing is of clinical efficacy in treatment of fallopian pregnancy patients that are operated with laparoscopic surgery,it is conducive to increasing patients’treatment compliance and improving patients’ psychological state.
