骨科护理临床路径在治疗踝关节骨折患者中的应用

The Application of Orthopedics Clinical Nursing Path in the Treatment of Ankle Joint Fracture Patients

目的分析研究骨科护理临床路径在治疗踝关节骨折患者中的应用。方法选取我院收治的踝关节骨折患者70例,根据护理方式不同分为干预组和对比组。35例采用骨科护理临床路径的患者为干预组,35例给予常规护理的患者为对比组。对所有患者住院时间和医疗费用、对健康的认知水平及患者满意度进行分析研究。结果干预组住院时间、健康认知水平、医疗费用以及患者满意度均优于对比组。结论给予踝关节骨折患者骨科护理临床路径能有效减少住院时间,降低住院费用,增强患者满意度,对患者病情康复十分重要。

Objective To analysis results of clinical nursing path applied in the treatment of ankle joint fracture patients in the department of orthopedics. Methods 70 cases of ankle fractures in our hospital were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to different nursing methods. Thirty-five patients in the intervention group were given clinical nursing path care and 35 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care. The hospitalization time,medical expenses,cognitive level of health and degree of patient satisfaction were analysised. Results The results of the hospitalization time,medical expenses,cognitive level of health and degree of patient satisfaction in the intervention group were better than the control group. Conclusion The using of clinical nursing path in ankle fracture patients can effectively reduce hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization expenses and enhance patient satisfaction,which is very important for the patients＇ recovery.
