微型钛板用于颌面部骨折的治疗体会

Miniature titanium plate for the treatment of maxillofacial fractures

目的分析颌面部骨折采取微型钛板治疗的疗效。方法随机选取颌面部骨折患者47例,采取微型钛板坚固内固定治疗,分析患者疗效。结果颌面部骨折患者47例伤口均在I期愈合,咬合恢复效果优良率100%。患者面部外观恢复良好,张口度正常,术后3个月经三维CT显示微型钛板在位,骨折对位良好,骨折线模糊,达到骨性愈合。颞颌关节弹响1例,耳前屈疼痛1例,所有患者未出现钛板、钛钉等折断现象,无排异反应。结论微型钛板坚固内固定治疗颌面部骨折具有显著疗效,使骨折部位良好解剖复位,促进咬合关系恢复。

ObjectiveAnalysis of maxillofacial fractures take miniature titanium plate. methodsRandomly selected from 47 patients with maxillofacial fractures were treated with internal ifxation with mini titanium board strong, analysis of patients with curative effect.Results47 patients with maxillofacial fractures wound healing in stage I, occlusion of recovery was 100%. The recovery of patients with facial appearance is good, the mouth of normal, postoperative 3 menstrual three-dimensional CT shows that the micro titanium plate in place, counterpoint good fracture, fracture lines blurred, achieve bony healing. The jaw joints in 1 patients elastic ring, 1 case of ear before the pain, all patients were not present titanium plate, titanium nail break phenomenon, such as no rejection.ConclusionInternal ifxation with mini titanium board strong signiifcant effect on the treatment of maxillofacial fractures place good anatomical fracture reduction, promote the occlusal relationship.
