中医舌诊研究方法的现状及发展探究

Research on current situation and development approach of TCM tongue diagnosis

目的：探究中医舌诊研究方法的现状及发展，并总结临床经验。方法本研究从2013年11月～2014年11月来我院就诊的患者中随机抽取100例作为研究组，另外随机抽取健康体检志愿者100例为对照组，其中对照组行传统舌象望诊法，研究组在传统舌象望诊法基础上，采用现代图像分析技术进行诊断。分析患者以及健康体检志愿者的病理舌像情况以及临床符合率。结果对照组中，患者病理舌像检出75例，临床符合率75%，健康体检志愿者正常舌像85例，临床符合率为85%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究中患者病理舌像检出95例、临床符合率95%，健康体检志愿者正常舌像99例、临床符合率为99%；研究组患者以及健康体检志愿者的病理舌像情况以及临床符合率，均明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论随着医学技术的进步，传统中医舌诊的研究方法，已经由传统的舌象望诊法，向结合基于图像分析技术的舌色度量与诊断方向上发展，利用图像分析，结合中医舌象望诊，能够有效地提高疾病诊断的标准化和准确性，为临床治疗提供更可靠的依据，值得临床推广发展应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the status quo and development method of inquiry study on traditional Chinese medicine tongue, and summarize the clinical experience.methodsThis study in our hospital from 2013 November to 2014 November, patients, 100 patients were randomly selected and another randomly selected a total of 100 cases of healthy volunteers as the research object, including traditional tongue inspection method as the control group, in the traditional tongue inspection on the basis of the method used for the diagnosis of modern researchgroup the technique of image analysis, analysis of patients and healthy volunteers as pathological tongue andclinical coincidence rate.ResultsIn the control group, patients with pathological tongue image detected a total of 75 cases, the clinical coincidence rate is 75%, healthy volunteers with normal tongue like a total of 85 cases, the clinical coincidence rate was 85% （P〈0.05）; the study group, patients with pathological tongue image detected a total of 95 cases, the clinical coincidence rate is 95%, healthy volunteers with normal a total of 99 cases of tongue image, the clinical coincidence rate was 99%; the study group, patients and healthy volunteers as pathologicaltongue and clinical coincidence rate were signiifcantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）, with signiifcantdifference.ConclusionWith the progress of the medical technology, the research methods of traditional Chinese medical diagnosis, already by the traditional tongue inspection method, to combine the development based on thecolor of tongue image analysis technology measurement and diagnosis of direction, the use of image analysis,combined with TCM tongue inspection, can effectively improve the disease diagnosis standard and accuracy,provide more a reliable basis for clinical treatment, worthy of clinical application and development.
