上颌后牙区78例牙种植的临床观察

摘要 目的:对上颌后牙区接受牙种植的78例患者的疗效进行分析。方法回顾性分析我科2013年7月~2014年10月收治的接受上颌后牙区牙种植患者78例的临床资料。其中采用闭式上颌窦提升术33例(1组),采用开窗式上颌窦提升术45例(2组)。术后随访6~24个月。经拍摄数码曲面断层片,评估两组患者术后种植体骨的结合,以及测量术后牙槽骨高度的变化。结果随访中无种植体松动脱落和无上颌窦炎症等不良事件。随访第24个月,X线片结果显示全部到访患者的种植体骨结合均100%良好。结论患者经上颌窦提升术行上颌后牙区牙种植后均收到良好的疗效,且安全可行。 ObjectiveTo analyze and report the clinical effect of 78 cases received dental implant of maxillary posterior region. methodsA retrospective analysis for clinical data of 78 cases accepted dental implants of maxillary posterior region during 2013 July to 2014 December . 33 cases of them was the use of closed maxillary sinus lifting (named with group 1), 45 cases were treated by fenestration of maxillary sinus lifting (named with 2 groups). The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. According to shooting digital panoramic radiographs, we evaluated the two groups patients on implant bone, measuring changes in postoperative alveolar bone height,and event adverse.ResultsDuring period of follow-up, no implant loosening and no maxillary sinus inlfammation and other adverse events. Follow up of twenty-fourth months, the X-ray results showed that all the visiting patients with 100% good implant bone.ConclusionPatients of posterior maxilla dental implant with maxillary sinus lifting were received good clinical effect, safe and feasible.
