老年患者口腔修复问题的临床技术要点分析

Elderly patients with oral cavity to fix the problem the main technical points of clinical analysis

目的：对老年患者口腔修复问题的临床技术要点进行分析。方法选取2013年5月～2014年1月我院收治的老年口腔修复患者200例，依据其临床资料，分析其修复特点和疗效。结果200例老年口腔修复患者，牙体缺损共有1650颗。经过仔细检查后制定患者牙齿修复方案，其中活动义齿修复患者152例，42例患者行固定义齿修复，9例患者选择种植义齿修复的方式。结论大部分老年患者选择活动义齿的修复方式，但是恢复咀嚼效率有限；固定义齿的修复效果其次；种植义齿的修复效果最好。

Objective The clinical main technical points of elderly patients with oral cavity repair problems were analyzed.methods Selection in May 2013 to our hospital in January 2014, 200 patients with senile dental restorations, according to the clinical data, analyze its characteristics and curative effect of repair.Results 200 cases of elderly patients with oral cavity repair, a total of 1650 tooth defect. Patients with tooth repair after careful examination, the activities of denture patients 152 cases, 42 patients were ifxed denture, 9 patients choosing the way of planting denture.Conclusion Most elderly patients choose activities denture restoration approach, but recover masticatory efficiency is limited; Fixed denture restoration effect secondly; Planting denture repair effect is best.
