自身补片在阴道前壁修补中的应用

Application of the Own Mesh in Anterior Colporrhaphy

目的:寻找最佳的自身组织做补片修补阴道前壁。方法:回顾性总结2005年1月-2007年12月笔者所在医院收治的27例阴道前壁脱垂患者的临床资料,利用自身膨出的阴道壁组织作为补片,外加支持线,修补前壁脱垂,观察其治疗效果。结果:3年实施手术的27例患者均取得理想的治疗效果,术后5年以上随访无复发及线结反应。结论:自身补片具有经济、方便、易掌握、无副反应等特点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the best organization to do the mesh repair for the front wall of the vagina.Method：The clinical data of 27 patients with anterior vaginal wall prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to December 2007 were summarized retrospectively,used its bulging vaginal wall tissue as a mesh to reuse,plus support line,repaired anterior vaginal wall prolapse,the treatment effect were observed. Result：27 cases achieved good effect in three years,there was no recurrence and knotting reaction in 5 years of follow-up.Conclusion：Using own mesh has the advantages of economic,convenient,easy to master and no side effects,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
