Entire pharmaceutical care of an old patient with aspiration pneumonia

目的探讨老年吸入性肺炎患者的治疗策略。方法从多方面对1例老年吸入性肺炎患者实施药学监护,用药代动力学、药理学及对药物不良反应的判断等知识来优化药物治疗方案,进而实施个体化治疗。结果药师的参与对老年吸入性肺炎治疗中药物选择、给药时间调整、药物不良反应判断等多方面起到积极作用,最终患者治愈出院。结论药师参与临床药物治疗方案的制定,最大限度地发挥了药物的治疗作用,减少药物不良反应的发生,最大程度地保证患者用药的安全、有效、经济、合理。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic strategy of old patients with aspiration pneumonia.Methods Clinical pharmacists implemented pharmaceutical care of an old patient with aspiration pneumonia.Knowl-edge of pharmacokinetic, pharmacology and adverse drug reactions were adopted to optimize the dosage regime and realize individualized therapy.Results The participation of pharmacists in the therapeutic course of as-piration pneumonia for this old patient showed positive role in many as-pects, such as choice of varieties of the drugs, adjustment of different ad-ministration, the reducing of adverse drug reactions.The patient was suc-cessfully recovered.Conclusion The participation of pharmacists in clinical drug treatment maximizes the drug effect, and reduces the ad-verse drug reactions.The safe, effective, economic and reasonable medi-cation were ensured.
