金双歧预防新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的效果探讨

Effect of Golden Bifidobacterium for prevention of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis

目的比较金双歧、妈咪爱预防新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)的效果。方法将我院新生儿科2012年7月至2014年6月两年间收治的新生儿随机分为金双歧组、妈咪爱组、对照组。将颅内出血Ⅲ-Ⅳ级、严重先天性疾病的患儿排除。金双歧组给予金双歧口服或鼻饲0.5 g tid,妈咪爱组给予妈咪爱口服或鼻饲1.0 g bid,对照组给予生理盐水口服或鼻饲1.0 mL bid,观察各组NEC发生率。结果金双歧组170例,发生NEC 4例,发生率为2.35%;妈咪爱组160例,发生NEC 10例,发生率为6.25%;对照组150例,发生NEC 20例,发生率为13.33%。结论口服益生菌对预防新生儿NEC有显著作用,可以降低其发病率。金双歧、妈咪爱对预防新生儿NEC差异无统计学意义,但金双歧组的发病率更低,秩和值更低。推荐临床上尽早使用金双歧预防NEC的发生。

Objective To compare the effects of Golden Bifidobacterium and Medilac-vita for the prevention of neonatal neerotizing enteroeolitis （NEC）. Methods All the neonates hospitalized in our hospital between July 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into Golden Bifidobacterium group, Medilac-vita group and Control group. Infants with Level III - IV intracerebral haemorrhage and/or severe congenital diseases were excluded. The Golden Bifidobacterium group received Golden Bifidobacterium tablets 0. 5 gtid; The Medilac-vita group was given Medilac-vita 1.0 g bid. The control group was given NS 1.0 mL bid. After treatment, the incidence of NEC was compared between the groups. Results There were 4 cases of NEC in the Golden Bifidobacterium group （2. 35% ） , 10 eases in the Medilac-vita group （6. 25% ）, and 20 cases in the control group （13.33%）. There was no significant difference between Golden Bifidobacterium and Medilac-vita, although the incidence in Golden Bifldobacterium group was lower. Conclusion Oral probiotics has significant effect for prevention of NEC by re- ducing the incidence of the disease. So we recommend Golden Bifidobacterium for the prevention of NEC as early as possible in clinic.
